Karmanye vadhikaraste in corporate context

In Devnagari:
कर्मण्ये वाधिकारस्ते म फलेषु कदाचना
कर्मफलेह्तुर भुरमा ते संगोस्त्वकर्मानी॥
च २, ४७
In English transliteration:
Karmanye vadhikaraste ma phaleshu kadachna
Karmaphalehtur bhurma te sangostvakarmani.
Ch. 2, 47

In English translation:
You have a right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of action। Never consider yourself the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty.
I am wondering how this statement is applicable in modern corporate world.....if this piece of statement from GITA is implemented in corporate culture, then companies can save enourmous amount of money, effort and time spent on the appraisal process and meetings....and you can see lot of happy faces all around.

Ohhh i do lot of day dreaming these days.....where am i going ?

"You are assigned certain duties and your mean in this world is to only do abide it... and don't feel guilt for what you missed or be overwhlemed and over-proud for what you achieved."
